Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to all SMS/MMS (A2P 10DLC) messages sent by Brighter Living Home Health Care, LLC (“Brighter Living,” “we,” “us”).

 

2. Message Types & Frequency

  • Operational and informational only (e.g., reminders, alerts, notices).

  • Typically no more than 10 messages per month.

 

3. Opt-In & Consent

  • You must opt in via our HR portal or in writing at onboarding.

  • Opting in is your express consent to receive text messages.

 

4. Opt-Out

  • Reply STOP to permanently unsubscribe.

  • You’ll get one confirmation message; then you’ll receive no further texts.

Standard carrier rates apply. You’re responsible for any charges.

8. Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer
Messages are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our messaging service.

10. No mobile information will be shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or obtained by any third parties.
